Happy Clients From Our Google Reviews
Michele Cook is wonderful. She’s very communicative, unlike other lawyers we’ve had in the past, and she gave us several options on how to proceed with our case. Highly recommend!
Michele Cook was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always on time, highly communicative, and consistently available whenever I had questions or needed guidance. My civil case was very unique, but she handled everything with confidence and professionalism, never once making me doubt my situation or the process.
She worked fast and hard to help me recover and protect my assets every step of the way. What stood out most was how comfortable and supported she made me feel throughout everything. It never felt stressful or intimidating like you might expect when dealing with legal matters talking with her felt more like speaking with a trusted friend who genuinely cared.
If you are dealing with any legal issues in the area, I would absolutely recommend her services.e

I got 93/65 Reckless driving,
The letter is proof that I have did my best and lawyer defended me well. All the best to you!!
NOW READ CAREFULLY!!
Nothing comes without your effforts, whatever michelle coock or michel hepler tells you, do that. Don't use your brain at that time, they are local and they know what will best for you.
Now:-
1. Book them in a week once you get ticket.
2. If you are first timer than they are the perfect fit for you.
3. I got ticket in Virginia and I am from Illinois so try to finish all the things what she suggests, in VIRGINIA IF POSSIBLE.
4. Try to appear for the court. Very important.
5. Speedometer calibration in the same week when you got ticket.
6. Do 8 hour driving course in a 15 days you got ticket. + 4 hours if you got reckless.
7. If you are above 100+ than try to start your community service before you appear to court or whatever they suggest.
For me Judge was so kind because I was first timer and I have done all the right things that they were looking for. I never gave them a chance for second hearing. But, what I heard from others is, she is always strict for this kind of cases. So, this firm knows everyone, cause they are exactly located in front of the court. 😅
I got reduced to traffic infraction in first hearing itself, as I told you I have done everything in virginia itself. The county prosecutor is so strict and they never wanted to reduce your charges, so don't think lawyers will do everything, they are only presenting you but eventually you are the person for whom the legal facilities always looking for.
Trust me they will do your work at half of the cost than the others are doing in this whole county. So, go for them if you are ready to do whatever they suggest you.

I want to sincerely thank Collins & Hepler, PLC for their outstanding legal support. One of the drivers in my fleet had two traffic-related tickets, and Mr. Collins handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and care. From the very beginning, he was responsive, clear in communication, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome possible. Thanks to his efforts, both cases were successfully dismissed.
His team was also highly responsive and supportive throughout the process, keeping us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Mr. Collins and his team at Collins & Hepler, PLC to anyone in need of reliable and effective legal representation.

Mr. Collins represented our daughter on her speeding ticket. She was traveling through town on her way to college when she was stopped. The entire staff was helpful in making sure she had what she needed for court and made her feel comfortable with their friendly personality.
Ms Hepler went above and beyond to help our family. Her patience with us as we asked questions was greatly appreciated. She never got annoyed and even when she was certain of the answers she would take the time to look up the answer and show us in writing. Ms Hepler is very kind and empathetic to the situation and extremely professional.
Highly recommended her for your family needs.
